The Simple Process
Clean Dry Skin
Make sure the skin where you place the 2 in x 2 in patch is clean and dry.
Place Patch
Place it anywhere on the body but common areas are arms, legs, back, and stomach. I recommend somewhere hair is NOT!
Wear 24 Hours
No other instructions necesarry. REM is recommended before bed and taking off upon waking up.
Remove and Start Over
Gently pull off of skin and throw away. Recommend not placing in exact spot the next day to allow your skin to breath!
